The mission and philosophy of education at Greater Things Christian Academy is to engage and educate the whole student: heart, mind, and will. We accomplish this mission by delivering rigorous academics in a differentiated and individualized approach to instruction through a biblical perspective that develops students to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.

We are looking forward to our Back to School night. All GTCA students must have a parent representative attend the back to school night on Thursday, July 30th. The first day of school is on August 3rd!

What We Offer


Junior Academy

Our Junior Academy is a five-day per week preschool for three and four year old children.


Elementary School

The mission of GTCA’s elementary school is to promote an inquisitive and fun pursuit of knowledge and wisdom through classroom instruction, weekly chapel, hands on learning, and field trips.


Middle School

Middle school at GTCA is fun and challenging. Our teachers are passionate about helping students excel in gaining both knowledge and wisdom, while ensuring that students understand concepts and make correlations to other subjects.

High School

We currently offer 9th and 10th grade, and plan to offer 11th and 12th over the next two years.

Summer Care

Summer Care is now open for all children 2-8 years of age, available June 1-July 31. Care is provided each week day from as early as 6:00 a.m. to as late as 6:00 p.m. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are included each day, along with activities like chapel, reading program, video games, outdoor activities/playground, water game days, hands-on-activities, educational reinforcement, movies, art projects and crafts, inflatable fun days, scavenger hunts, and sports. We offer flag football, basketball, AND basebalLfor elementary school students. Middle and high schoolers can choose between basketball and golf.
